AI CONSULTING FOR WORK + LIFE

Raleigh, North Carolina

Help thinking clearly when work and home stop staying in their lanes.

Where this started

Sixteen years in corporate hospitality taught me how to manage everything for everyone else. This year taught me something different.

In January, something felt off with my son Wells (5). I asked AI about what I was seeing, and it told me not to wait until morning — to get him to the hospital that night. We did. He was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes that visit.

That was the moment AI stopped being a novelty and became something I trust with what matters most. Since then, I've been paying attention to everywhere else it can quietly carry weight — at work, at home, and in that blurry space in between where most of us are actually living.

Where it tends to show up

At work: the email you've been avoiding, the report that eats an afternoon, the decision you're stuck comparing options on.

At home: the mental load of running a household, the appointments and forms, the brain dump that never gets sorted.

And in between: the space where most of us are actually living, where work and home stop staying in their lanes.

If you're curious

No agenda, no pitch — just a conversation about where this might fit in your own work or life, whenever it feels right.
